Cheesecake supreme

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• 8 oz
• margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
• whole strawberries or fruit of choice

How to make cheesecake supreme:

Topping:3 c. whole strawberries or fruit of choice Filling:4 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar3 Tbsp. flour4 eggs1 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. vanilla Crust: Heat oven to 350°. Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate.

Topping: Arrange fruit on top of cheesecake. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
