  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheesecake:

Combine crumbs and margarine; press into deep dish pie pan or spring-form pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Mix. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over cheesecake and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
