  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • graham crackers - 1/4 lb
  • Bake at 425° for 20 minutes
  • Filling:1 1/2 lb
  • squirt of lemon juice - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Press into 10-inch spring-form pan.Filling:1 1/2 lb. cream cheese1 c. sugar3 eggs1 1/2 tsp. vanilla squirt of lemon juice Mix with mixer until creamy. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on topping.Topping:1 pt. sour cream1 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well and put on top. Return to 500° oven for 5 minutes.
