Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 4 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- sugar
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- graham cracker crumbs
- butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake:
Crust:1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs2 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. sugar Preheat oven to 350° with pan of water on bottom rack. Using mixer, mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a very large bowl. Blend well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Sprinkle in flour. Beat on high until creamy.Place crush in bottom of ungreased spring-form pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour on rack above pan of water. Turn off heat and leave in oven 1 hour. After 1 hour the cheesecake appears undone, but finishes cooking during the second hour. Remove when cool.
