Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• pkg - 3 oz
• milk - 1/3 c
• melted butter - 1/3 c

How to make cheesecake:

Crust:1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. sugar1/3 c. melted butter You will need a 9-inch spring-form pan.

Filling: Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually mix in milk.

Crust: Mix ingredients; press against side and bottom of pan. Fill crust with filling. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, until middle is almost set. Cool completely before removing from pan.
