Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/4 tsp
• granulated sugar
• pkg - 5 oz
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• whipping cream - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• eggs plus 2 egg yolks - 5 item

How to make cheesecake:

Blend in a large mixing bowl the sugar, flour, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon juice; blend well. Beat in eggs and egg yolks one at a time. Add whipping cream and beat well. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and then lower to 250° and bake for approximately 1 hour.
