Blueberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- can blueberries, drained - 1 oz
How to make blueberry salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain blueberries and pineapple. Add enough water to this liquid to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir in drained blueberries and pineapple. Pour into a 2-quart flat dish. Cover; put in refrigerator until firm. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Spread over congealed salad.
