  • sugar
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • butter
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • ReaLemon juice - 1/4 c

How to make cheesecake:

Crust:1/4 lb. butter2 eggs6 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. baking powder flour Filling: Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, then flour, lemon juice and pudding. Beat well. Add milk, a little at a time, and continue beating. Set aside when creamy. Preheat oven to 350°.

Crust: Mix butter, eggs, sugar and baking powder. Add enough flour to make a soft dough ball. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and press dough in bottom and sides. Pour in filling. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. Leave in oven for another 1/2 hour.
