Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion
- 4 oz - 1 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Fry beef and onions; drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread in 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients 1 minute and pour over meat and cheese. Bake until brown, 1/2 hour at 350°.For a 9-inch pie plate, reduce the amount of milk to 1 cup, the Bisquick to 1/2 cup and use 2 eggs.
