Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- plain flour - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 3/4 c
How to make cheese wafers:
Combine flour, salt, pecans and cheese in bowl. Add butter, beat well. Shape in half; then roll each into 10 inch long rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill 2 hours. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Cook on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350°Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Sauces.
