Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- chicken bouillon - 6 tsp
How to make cheese soup:
Boil first 7 ingredients in large soup pot for 30 minutes. Beat milk and flour until smooth; slowly stir into vegetable pot and simmer 15 to 30 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese, mustard and pepper.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
