- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- quart water - 1 item
- cup celery, diced - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1/2 item
- velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- cup onions, diced - 1 item
- 1/2 cups potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- cup carrots, diced - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
In large pot, combine bouillon cubes, water, celery, onions and cook for 20 minutes. Next, add potatoes, carrots, and mixed vegetables and cook for another 30 minutes.
