Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- slices American cheese - 3 item
How to make cheese sauce:
Melt margarine in pan and blend in flour. Add milk and other ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and thick (approximately 7 minutes). Serve over broccoli or cauliflower.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Savory sauces.
