Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 3/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- strawberry preserves - 1 c
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
How to make cheese ring:
Combine all the ingredients, except strawberry preserves, in a bowl. Mix well and chill. Form chilled mixture into a ring and re-chill. Fill center of ring with strawberry preserves. Serve with crackers; garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
