Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese sharp Cheddar - 1 c
How to make cheese puffs:
Mix flour, salt and cheese together. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, mustard and margarine. Knead all to form a soft ball. Pinch off ball and make small balls on ungreased pan. You can mash down with a fork or place a 1/2 pecan on top of ball. Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
