- flour - 16 c
- eggs - 3 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1/4 c
- very warm water - 3 c

How to make cheese puffs:
Mix yeast, 1/4 cup sugar and warm water and set aside. Mix flour, eggs, butter, shortening and remaining sugar. Add yeast mixture, knead with dough hook for 5 minutes. Cover in warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled. Wrap dough around cheese for individual puffs.
