  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 4 oz
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Crust:2 c. graham cracker crumbs1 stick butter or margarine1/2 c. sugar Crust: Spray a spring-form cake pan with nonstick shortening. Melt butter. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix and pat into cake pan.

Filling: Beat softened cream cheese. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and condensed milk. Beat until well mixed. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Leave in pan for approximately 30 minutes until cool.
