  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • hot water - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
  • Save 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top

How to make cheese cake:

Mix together. Save 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top. Line a large cake pan (9 x 13-inch).Filling:1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello1 c. hot water3 Tbsp. lemon juice1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk Dissolve the jello in the hot water. Add the lemon juice. Cool until slightly thick, then beat with mixer. Cream the cream cheese. Add the sugar and vanilla. Whip up with mixer. Add this to jello mixture. Whip until smooth with electric mixer. Whip the evaporated milk until very stiff, that it holds a high peak. Fold into top mixture. Pour into pan with crust and refrigerate a few hours.
