Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar - 4 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 8 oz
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• Pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish over the bottom

How to make cheese cake:

Mix ingredients together. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish over the bottom.Part 2:1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese1 tsp. lemon juice2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. sugar8 oz. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla5 Tbsp. sugar Spread sour cream mixture over cheese cake. Return to a 475° oven for 5 minutes. Take out and cool. After cool, refrigerate. Also can top with Thank-You cherry pie filling when cool. Be sure to refrigerate!
