  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • heavy cream - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, whole - 5 item
  • graham crackers, rolled - 10 item

How to make cheese cake:

Line bottom of tube pan. Mix sugar, cheese, flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Drop in eggs, one at a time. Mix in cream from bottle. Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 200° and bake 1 hour. Remove from pan when cool. Do not grease pan.
