  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. sour cream Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond extract together until smooth. Pour into 9-inch glass pie plate and bake 30 minutes at 325°. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.

Topping: Mix sugar, vanilla and sour cream together and pour over cheese cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 325°.
