  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract until smooth. Pour into greased spring-form pan or 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes.

While cheese cake is cooling, beat the sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Pour sour cream over cake. Return to 350° oven and bake another 10 minutes. Cool before serving. Sprinkle with almonds or cherry pie filling or fresh fruit. Serves 8 to 10.
