Ingredients/Components
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- sugar
- butter - 1/4 lb
How to make cheesecake:
Cream the cheese well, until light and fluffy. Add sour cream; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time; beat. Add vanilla, cornstarch and flour; mix well. Add sugar and melted butter; bake in a greased spring pan in a 350°oven. After 1 hour, shut off oven and leave in the oven for 1 hour more.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
