Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 lb

How to make cheese cake:

Mix all ingredients, except eggs. Then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Pour in spring-form pan (lined with graham cracker crust mixture). Start in cold oven. When temperature reaches 325°, start timing. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cool overnight.
