  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • to 6 eggs depending on size - 5 item

How to make cheese cake:

Mix cream cheese in sour cream. Add extracts and sugar; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and mix well. Lightly grease spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

May be put on graham cracker crust. May serve with fruit.
