  • graham crackers - 3 c
  • Filling:3 8 oz
  • Spread on graham cracker crust

How to make cheese cake:

Mix and pat in 13 x 9-inch pan.Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese6 eggs1 1/2 c. sugar Beat together. Spread on graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread icing on top; return to bake 7 minutes.Icing:1 pt. sour cream3 tsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Let cool. Spread cherry pie filling or pineapple filling.
