- eggs - 5 item
- pkg - 5 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Serve plain or with fruit toppings.Cut cream cheese and eggs by one for small cake. For color, add 4 tablespoons coated mini chocolate chips before baking.
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix in bowl at room temperature. Cream cheese, slowly blend in sugar and add eggs until well blended. Pour into graham cracker crust that has been put into large spring-form pan. Bake 12 minutes. Turn oven to 300°. Bake 35 minutes. Turn oven off and let cake stand in oven 30 minutes. Chill in refrigerator. Serve. Cake will start to crack on top when done.
