- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 5 6
- graham crackers
- Filling room temperature:2 8 oz
How to make cheese cake:
Mix together and press into 8-inch spring-form pan.Filling (room temperature):2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3 eggs1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice1 pt. sour cream Beat cream cheese at medium speed. Add sugar slowly, then add eggs gradually. Fold in vanilla and sour cream.Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour to cool cake. Refrigerate.
