Cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 pkg
- graham crackers - 8 item
How to make cheese cake:
Put graham crackers in a sack and break into pieces. Put them in a bowl and pour in melted butter. Mix well and press into pie pan. Store in refrigerator while preparing filling.Whip cream cheese, adding sugar a little at a time. Add whipping cream gradually. Add well beaten eggs a little at a time. Finally, add lemon juice and vanilla. Be sure to mix well each addition. Pour into pie crust you prepared and bake at 300° for about one hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool.
Mix 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla with sour cream. Spread on cooled cheese cake and bake about 15 minutes.
