Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• sour cream
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• almond extract - 3/4 tsp
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
• cream cheese let set at room temperature - 3 (8
• fresh lime juice optional - 1/4 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Cream 1 cup sugar with cream cheese; add eggs, one at a time. Add salt and almond flavoring. Pour into spring-form pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325°. Remove from oven; cool for 20 minutes. Mix sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla. Pour over cheese cake. Bake for 10 minutes longer.

Note: If doubled, makes 3 pies. Mix one at a time.
