Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- Chill
- Blend in sugar
How to make cheese cake:
Combine all ingredients and press firmly over bottom and about 2 1/2-inches up sides of heavily buttered 9-inch spring-form pan. Chill.Cheese Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 c. sugar4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/8 tsp. salt Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Blend in sugar. Add salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Pour into crumb crust and bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes or until firm in center. Remove cake and let stand 15 minutes. Reset oven to 450°.Topping:2 c. sour cream2 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. sugar Combine in small bowl and spread over top of cake. Return to 450° oven and bake for 10 minutes.
