Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Topping:1 pt. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Crust:1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs1/2 c. sugar1 stick margarine, melted Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Blend in margarine. Press into bottom and sides of buttered spring pan. Place in freezer.Filling: Have cream cheese at room temperature. Blend in sugar and salt. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Remove and let stand 15 minutes. Turn oven to 450°. Spread topping on and bake 10 more minutes.
