Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
- large can Pet milk - 1 item
- graham crackers - 20 item
How to make cheese cake:
Cream sugar and cream cheese together; add vanilla. Mix Jell-O with 1 cup hot water and mix with cheese mixture. Whip the cream (Pet milk, chilled thoroughly) until stiff and fold into cooled cheese mixture.Crust: Melt margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Put 2/3 of mixture in the bottom and on sides of 9 x 13-inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill several hours.
