8 minute cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• graham cracker crust - 1 item
• carton Cool Whip - 1 oz

How to make 8 minute cheesecake:

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust and chill until set, 3 to 4 hours. Serve plain or with canned pie fillings or fresh strawberries.
