- stick butter - 1/2 item
- graham crackers, crushed - 24 item
- Topping:1 large carton sour cream
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened5 eggs1 c. sugar1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Topping:1 large carton sour cream1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla To Prepare Crust: Combine crackers, sugar and melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan. Press to cover bottom of pan. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 3 to 6 minutes; remove and cool. Turn oven down to 300°.Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy; beat in 1 egg at a time. Beat in sugar and vanilla; pour into crust. Bake in 300° oven until barely set, edges will turn a little brown, for 30 to 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare topping; spread on top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
