  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • cream cheese 8 oz
  • butter oleo
  • cream cheese 3 oz
  • small lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • Keebler

How to make cheese cake:

Crust:10 graham crackers (1 pkg. Keebler)3 Tbsp. sugar4 1/2 Tbsp. butter (oleo) Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water; put in icebox until cold, but not hard. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in one bowl. When jello is cold, add to this mixture. In another bowl, take whipping cream and beat until very thick. Fold into mixture and then pour into pie crust.

Crust: Mix sugar, graham crackers and melted butter until moist. Reserve approximately 4 tablespoons of mixture to sprinkle on top of cheese cake. Pour remaining mixture into pie plate (9 x 13-inch) and press all around pie plate before you pour in the jello-cheese mixture. Place in fridge 2 hours.
