Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • cream cheese, softened * - 16 oz

How to make cheese cake:

*Let the cream cheese sit out of the refrigerator 1 hour. It will make a creamier cake.

Mix ingredients together. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cook at 300° for 45 minutes.
