Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- biscuit mix - 2 c
- finely shredded cheese - 2/3 c
How to make cheese biscuits:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a well floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times. Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
