- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped fine - 2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/4 item
- crushed pineapple, drained
- pecans, chopped fine - 2 c
How to make cheese ball:
Soften and cream the cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion and salt and cream together. Squeeze juice from pineapple, then blot with paper towel. Add pineapple and pecans to rest of mixture.
