  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained

How to make cheese ball:

Mix together and form into ball. Roll in additional chopped pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
