Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese. Add drained pineapple, seasoned salt, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of chopped nuts. Save 1 cup of nuts to roll cheese ball in before refrigeration. This makes 1 large or 2 small balls.Wrap in Saran Wrap and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
