  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper optional - 1/4 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drain well - 1 oz

How to make cheese ball:

Place chopped peppers, onions and pineapple on paper towel to absorb moisture. Blend all ingredients together well. Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball and roll in pecans..
