Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
How to make cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients together and place in freezer for about 15 minutes. Roll on waxed paper in chopped pecans and form ball. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
