Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • parsley optional - 1 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • small can turkey or chicken - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Cream the cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder, turkey or chicken pieces and 1/2 cup pecans. Mix well. Let chill overnight. Roll in chopped nuts and/or parsley. Serve with your favorite cracker.
