Ingredients/Components
- Parkay margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- each chopped onion, chopped green pepper and chopped pimientos - 2 tsp
How to make cheese ball:
Blend the first 3 ingredients well. Add the remaining ingredients and form into a ball. Chill until firm. Remove and garnish with parsley and pimiento strips. Serve with crispy crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
