Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- cream cheese soft
How to make cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans. Shape in ball then roll in rest of pecans. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
