Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped pepper - 1/2 c
- hamburg - 1 lb
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. vinegar3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. ketchup1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped pepper1/2 c. water Form the meatballs and place in a 9-inch baking dish. Mix ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
