  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • Blue cheese - 4 oz
  • cream cheese 8 oz - 1/2 lb
  • cooking sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • processed cheese 2 c - 1 lb

How to make cheese ball:

Beat the cheeses together. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into a ball and roll in crushed nuts.
