Ingredients/Components
- dried beef
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
How to make cheese ball:
Rinse beef and chop fine. Mix 1/4 cup beef with cream cheese and add remaining ingredients. Make into ball. Roll in remaining beef.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
