Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drain well - 1 oz
  • chopped pecans, divided in half - 2 c

How to make cheese ball:

Mix cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, peppers, onion and salt. Form into ball. Press remaining cup of pecans to top and sides of cheese ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
